Christina Jaques joins the Belhaven Athletics' Hall of Fame class this year in recognition of her outstanding playing career for the Blazers that spanned the 2010 and 2011 seasons. Jaques' career success was highlighted by her prowess at the plate and the problems she created for opposition on the base paths.

Jaques set numerous career and single-season records throughout her time with the Blazers with the crowning mark being the program's all-time batting average leader at .464. An offensive weapon, Jaques also still sits in the top five all-time in Triples (13), Stolen Bases (105), Slugging Percentage (.726), Home Runs (19) and RBI (102).

Both of Jaques' seasons at Belhaven rank as two of the most impressive and productive single-season campaigns in the program's past as well. Jaques' 2010 and 2011 numbers sit inside the top five in single-season batting average while she also holds two spots in the top 10 of single-season at-bats, runs scored, hits, triples, runs batted in, total bases, on-base percentage, and stolen bases.

Because of what Jaques accomplished on the field, she saw national recognition in each of her Belhaven campaigns having been named a Second Team NAIA All-American, Second Team NFCA NAIA All-American and NFCA All-Region player in both 2010 and 2011.

The Blazers as a team saw plenty of success during Jaques' time with the Green and Gold. They would win the GCAC Regular Season Championship in 2010 while also finishing 5th in the NAIA National Tournament before following that up with an SSAC Tournament Championship and a 3rd place in the NAIA National Tournament in 2011.
