Belhaven University Athletics

Thomas came to us last year after having started his career at Okaloosa Walton Junior College and the playing at Jefferson Davis Junior College for Allen Gainer. Coach Gainer had highly recommended Thomas as someone that would be a plus for our program.

For a post player Thomas has a very good shooting touch. He has the ability to score in the post or to step out on the perimeter and hit the big shot. Last season he went down with an injury late in the year and it really took a toll on our post production. He was getting into his game on the defensive and offensive end when he was injured. I think he can be a big plus for us because of his experience and his basketball skills.

Since Thomas has been here he has been a super young man to have in the program. Off the court he has never been a problem and he takes care of his business. In the classroom he gives a good effort. On the floor he has always had a good attitude and we can count on him to work hard when he is on the floor.”
