Biography

“Phillip broke his ankle the first conference game of the year last year. At that point, which was the half-way point in our season; he was playing very good basketball. Even

though he was a freshman, he had begun to establish himself as a low post presence and was a force on the rebounding end.

 

He had to spend a lot of time getting his ankle back to 100%. He is now getting back to where he was when the injury occurred. I think he can make up for lost ground because of his work ethic and desire.

 

Off the floor Phillip represents Belhaven in a lot of ways. Often Phillip preaches to groups and churches in the area. He keeps a busy schedule with his speaking, studying and basketball.”
