Biography

“Our first couple of workouts this fall Hunter played very well and shot the ball as well as anyone on the team. That gave him confidence early that he could play at this level. I thought he could contribute down the road, but I have been surprised at how he has made the adjustment so quickly. He comes from a very good high school program, Grissom High School in Huntsville, Alabama. He played against very good competition throughout high school and during the summers. Those are some of the reasons he has made the smooth transition.

 

Hunter really fell in love with Belhaven from his first visit here to our campus. It seemed like such a natural fit for him.

 

I think because of his attitude and hunger to prove himself he will continue to be a good player and continue to make a big contribution to our program.”
