ATLANTA -
Kenneth Mills of the Belhaven Track & Field program has been named the CCS Men's Field Athlete of the Week for his performance in the Belhaven Invitational this past weekend.
At the Blazers' home meet, Mills delivered a historic performance as he cleared 2.05 meters (6-8.75) to win the High Jump and tie the Belhaven program record set by Joshua Reed at the Mississippi State Invitational in 2016.
Mills' High Jump mark ranks as the joint second best height in NCAA Division III Track and Field so far this outdoor season.
The Blazers' next meet is another home meet next Thursday, April 2nd.
