KANSAS CITY, Mo. -
Emma Antonoplos of the Belhaven Women's Soccer team has earned All-Region recognition from the United Soccer Coaches as the Blazers' star was named to the All-Region VI Second Team.
It's her second consecutive United Soccer Coaches honor, earning All-Region VI Fourth Team honors last season.
Antonoplos, a senior midfielder from Jacksonville, Florida, led the Blazers to their first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance after winning the Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) Tournament for the first time in program history.
She was also named the CCS Offensive Player of the Year and All-CCS First Team after leading the team with 29 points and 13 goals in 21 matches. She became the first player in program history with two hat tricks in a single season, doing so against Maryville on October 11th and Agnes Scott on October 24th.
Antonoplos finishes her career with the third-most goals in Blazer history (31) and the fourth-most points (82) and assists (20).
