MOBILE, Ala. - Members of the Belhaven Track & Field team put out top performances at the South Alabama Invitational hosted in Mobile on Saturday. The Blazers had four representatives at the invite only meet and pulled in a trio of top three finishes.

Kelsey Singleton headlined the day with a win in the Men's 400 Meters as he turned in a personal and program record time of 47.85 seconds. In the Women's 400 Meters, Belhaven had a pair of strong results as Ashaunti Barnes turned in a second place finish with a time of 56.94 seconds while Kimona Haynes placed third and 57.00 seconds. Rounding out the group for the Blazers was Syniah Sims who placed among the top three in her heat in the Women's 100 Meters.

The Blazers are back in action as a team on Saturday, March 23rd when they host the Belhaven Invitational at the Belhaven Track & Field Complex.
