MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The Belhaven Men's and Women's Cross Country teams continued their season on Saturday, competing in the Rhodes Invitational on Saturday in Memphis. The Men's team finished 9th with 280 points.
Lylo Johnson led the Belhaven Women with a time of 25:13.80.
Ashley Davidson (25:28.10) and
Taylar Fakes (25:28.20) followed shortly after Johnson.
Myisha Turner rounded out the Belhaven finishers with a time of 25:58.50.
On the Men's side,
Garrett Masters led the Blazers for a second straight meet with a time of 30:37.50. Following Masters was Andrew Duckworth, who clocked in at 30:40.80.
Donovan Hurst finished with a time of 32:19.20.
Theodore McCarty (32:46.70) and
Silas Childress (33:28.10) also had solid days in Memphis.
The Blazers will head to Marshall, Texas on October 7th in the ETBU Invitational.
