Six Blazers Earn All-CCS Women's Soccer Honors

ATLANTA, Ga. – Six Belhaven Women's Soccer student-athletes were named to the 2023 Collegiate Conference of the South All-Conference teams announced on Tuesday. Three Blazers earned First Team honors, two others were named to the Second Team and one earned recognition on the All-Sportsmanship team.

Junior Kaci Craft was tabbed to the First Team after a stellar debut season for the Green and Gold. In 15 matches this year, Craft scored a league-leading 12 goals to lead Belhaven to a second-place finish. The Clinton, Miss. native has scored in seven of the last eight contests heading into the final regular season match of the season.

Forward Emma Antonoplos earned her second straight CCS First Team selection after a solid sophomore campaign. She ranked second on the team with six goals and four assists for the Blazers this season. Antonoplos was a reliable piece for a team that won the most matches since 2001.

The third Blazer on the First Team is defender Isabela Villagrand. The junior totaled nearly 1,000 minutes of action in 15 matches for Belhaven. She helped anchor a defense who recorded nine clean sheets on the year. Villagrand also showed her scoring prowess with a goal in a 3-1 win over Berea.

Defender Reagan Nichols was named to the CCS Second Team for a second straight season for the Blazers. Nichols played in 15 matches and showed a tremendous amount of speed from the defensive position all season long. Nichols also displayed her offensive skill with a score against Birmingham-Southern.

Kyla Shaw earned CCS Second Team honors after an impressive senior season. She played a pivotal role in the Blazers' success, connecting for six goals and five assists on the year. The Hoover, Ala. native scored a team-leading four game winning goals.

Belhaven forward Lizbeth Eslava also earned recognition, being named to the All-CCS Sportsmanship Team.
