GRADY, Ala. – The Belhaven University men's cross country team had two athletes that traveled and competed in the Huntingdon Invitational. Troy, Birmingham Southern, Gadsden State CC, Huntingdon, Shelton State CC, Belhaven University, Southern Union State CC, Enterprise State CC, and Faulkner had athletes represented in the Invitational.

Garrett Masters was the first athlete to cross the finish line with a time of 30:55.7, good enough for an 18^th place finish. Donnovan Hurst was the other Blazer who competed in the 8K and clocked a time of 33:04.1.

The Blazers will return to action on Friday, October 14^th at the ETBU Tiger Invitational in Marshall, Texas. The Invitational is set to begin at 5:00 p.m.
