JACKSON, Miss. - After wrapping up the Senior Spotlights for the spring sports, we look to our fall student-athletes, and the impact they had on their respective Belhaven teams. Our next senior for women's soccer is,
Suzanne Dease.
Dease began her career with the Blazers in 2016. In her four years at Belhaven, the Memphis, Tennessee native played in 53 games, starting in 19, and accounted for two career goals, two career assists, and six career points. Dease also had a career .636 shot on goal percentage across her 1,848 career minutes played in the forward and midfielder positions on the pitch. Dease was also a three-time ASC Fall All-Academic Team honoree.
During the 2019 season, Dease played in 18 games, starting in ten and played 621 minutes. Dease had one goal and a .600 shot on goal percentage over the season.
