New Orleans, LA- The Belhaven Men's Cross Country team finished 6th at the Loyola University Invitational on Saturday morning in New Orleans. Belhaven competed against seven other teams in the 5k run. As a team the Blazers clocked in a team time of 1:42:24.90 and had an average time of 20:28.98.

Leading the Blazers was Luke Lennon coming in 14th out of 50 runners with a time of 18: 51.63. Peter Davis crossed the finish line second after Lennon in eighteenth place with a time of 19:22.71. Robert Ricks and Michael Hawkins placed 36th and 41st respectively. Ricks posted a time of 20:47.92 while Hawkins checked in at 22:03.46.
