ATLANTA, Ga. - Men's Soccer goalkeeper Danny Bahena was named Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week, as announced by the league office on Tuesday afternoon.

Bahena allowed just one goal in two games last week, including a four-save shutout against Lyons last Friday. He is just one of two goalies in the CCS with at least one shutout this season, a year removed from a conference-best eight clean sheets. He is also top-three in goals against average with a 1.50 average.

Bahena and the men's soccer team takes on Seawanee on Tuesday, Sept. 23. Kickoff is set for 2:30 PM.
