JACKSON, Miss. - The 2022 Belhaven Football Schedule was announced on Thursday ahead of the fall season where the Blazers' will compete in the USA South Conference for the first time.

The Blazers, who are coming off a 7-3 record in the American Southwest Conference and the best season in program history, open their season on the road at Millsaps College on Thursday, September 1st. Kickoff against the Majors is schedule for 6 PM.

Belhaven's home opener will come in non-conference action against former ASC opponent Southwestern University on Saturday, September 10th at 7 PM in the Belhaven Bowl Stadium.

Following the home opener the Blazers will have a bye week before they will travel to Montgomery, Alabama where they will face Huntingdon College, the reigning USA South champions, on Saturday, September 24th at 1 PM. 

Belhaven will be back on the road on Saturday, October 1st when they travel to Fayetteville, North Carolina to face the Methodist University Monarchs at 12 PM. The Blazers will then return to the Bowl Stadium to host North Carolina Wesleyan on Saturday, October 8th at 12 PM. On Saturday, October 15th the Blazers will travel to Greensboro, North Carolina to face Greensboro College with kickoff against the Pride set for 1 PM. 

Homecoming for Belhaven University will take place on Saturday, October 22nd against Southern Virginia with kickoff scheduled for 12 PM against the Knights. Belhaven will stick at home the following week hosting LaGrange College on Saturday, October 29th at 12 PM.

Belhaven's final road game of the season will take place on Saturday, November 5th when they travel to Brevard, North Carolina to face Brevard College at 12 PM. The Blazers will close the regular season at home with a Senior Day matchup against the Maryville College Scots on Saturday, November 12th at 12 PM.
