Final Results
Hattiesburg, MS-The Belhaven men's golf team placed ninth out of 10 teams at the Southern Wesleyan University Invitational on Monday and Tuesday afternoon. The Blazers posted a team score of 685 for the two round event. The host school Southern Wesleyan University took home the championship with a team score of 598. Faulkner University finished second at the two day event with an overall score of 605.

Wilkie Hayes was Belhaven's top finisher with a two day score of 167 landing at 38 for the tournament. Hayes posted a round of 80 in round one and shot an 87 in round two of the tournament. Tyler Berry and Brad Blakney were second for Belhaven and 47th overall with a score of 170. Dunn Johnson placed 53rd overall and had a two round score of 179 followed by Kyle Gregory with an overall score of 201 which was good for 61st in the tournament.

Belhaven will hit the course again on October 10th and 11th at the Indian Bayou Classic Hosted by University of North Alabama at the Indian Bayou Golf Club in Destin, FL.
