JACKSON, Miss. - Belhaven Volleyball collected a pair of weekly honors from the Collegiate Conference of the South on Monday as Maggie Joy Tomlin was named CCS Setter of the Week and Kayla Robinson earned CCS Defensive Player of the Week.

Tomlin received the setter honor for the second consecutive week. The sophomore directed a Belhaven offense that helped the Blazers earn three straight home victories over LeTourneau, Centenary and Principia.

Tomlin totaled 93 assists across 11 sets, averaging 8.45 assists per set during the 3-0 week. She delivered a career-high 57 assists in Belhaven's five-set victory over LeTourneau, the Blazers' first win of the season.

The Watkinsville, Georgia, native followed with 23 assists in a sweep of Centenary before recording 13 against Principia. Tomlin also contributed eight kills and six service aces during the three-match stretch, including four aces in the win over Principia.

Through eight matches this season, Tomlin has handed out 225 assists and is averaging 8.04 per set. She has also recorded 53 digs, 14 service aces and 13 kills.

Robinson led Belhaven's defensive effort throughout the unbeaten week, finishing with 57 digs and an average of 5.18 per set. The senior reached double figures in all three victories and led the Blazers in digs each time.

Robinson highlighted the week with a team-best 30 digs against LeTourneau. She added 13 digs in the sweep of Centenary and closed the weekend with 14 against Principia.

The Prairieville, Louisiana, native leads Belhaven with 142 digs this season, averaging 5.07 per set. She has also contributed 27 assists and eight service aces.

The award is the second CCS Defensive Player of the Week honor of Robinson's career. She previously received the recognition during the 2025 season after totaling 72 digs across four matches.

Belhaven, which has won three straight to improve to 3-5, opens conference play Friday at Covenant. First serve is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
