JACKSON - Louie Richard (Crestview, FL) of the Belhaven Men's Soccer team and Lauren Snell (Ballwin, MO) of the Belhaven Women's Soccer team have been named the C Spire Athletes of the week following their strong performances in competition for the Blazers this past week.

Richard recorded his first multi-goal match in a 4-1 win vs. Maryville last Saturday. He also recorded a career-best five shots, with three of them being on target. Snell had goals in each of the two games this week on six total shots. 

Snell and her team are set to host a pivotal CCS matchup this Saturday vs. Maryville at 1:00 PM. Richard and the squad hit the road to take on Asbury on Saturday. Kickoff is set for 3:00 PM.
