Why did you choose Belhaven?

"Coach Najaar played a large role in my decision to play at Belhaven. I also grew up watching this program year over year be a contender on the national scene and felt it was a good fit for me."

What is your favorite memory from your time as a Blazer?

"One of my favorite memories of my time at Belhaven was our win against Mobile during my sophomore year. They were our division rivalry and a nationally ranked team. It was a great win for placement in regionals and proof of the quality team that we were. My last year I also had the honor of being captain and playing with my brother which will always be a highlight for me." 

What do you miss the most from your time at Belhaven?

"I miss the locker room and teammates the most. A lot of them are still close friends today."

How do you stay involved with the game of soccer today?

Staying involved in soccer has come easily as I have 3 kids that play/played club soccer and allows me to stay in touch with the sport daily.

Who is the best player you played with?

I played with a lot of talented players along the way but a couple stand out. At Belhaven, I had the pleasure of playing with Jeremy Shortt who was an All American forward for us. I also had the privilege of playing PDL with Bubba Williams who was also a Belhaven All American alum who was brilliant on the ball and could finish from anywhere.
