JACKSON - The No. 3 seed Belhaven Men's Soccer team continues their path in the CCS Tournament action against No. 2 seed Maryville on Saturday afternoon at 1:00 PM.
The Blazers hope to make it to their third consecutive Collegiate Conference of the South Championship match with a win on Saturday.
Seven Blazers earned All-CCS honors, which were announced by the conference office earlier this week.
Danny Bahena was named CCS Goalie of the Year in consecutive seasons.
Ciaran Colvin joined Bahena on the All-CCS First Team, while
Caleb Drake, Courtland Williams, Avery Anders and Matt Smith were named to the Second Team.
Carlos Loza was named to the All-Sportsmanship Team.
The Blazers earned the No. 3 seed behind an impressive 8-2-1 record at the Bowl and a 10-5-4 overall record.
Maryville earned the No. 2 seed after an 8-3-5 overall record, with their lone conference loss coming at the hands of the Blazers earlier last month.
Brady Hammer was named CCS Offensive Player of the Year while Ben Brophy earned Rookie of the Year honors. Jonathan Case, Will Gallaher and Will Brush each earned First Team honors for the Scots, while Tucker Smith earned Second Team honors and Drew Moore was named to the All-Sportsmanship team.
Hammer leads the Scots with eight goals and 12 assists for a CCS-best 28 points. The Scots ended the regular season on a hot streak, outscoring opponents 9-1 in the final three matches, including a 3-0 decision vs. No. 1 seed Covenant on Oct. 22.
Saturday's winner will take on the winner of No. 1 seed Covenant and No. 5 seed Piedmont, who play in the other semifinal match on Saturday.
