JACKSON, Miss. - The Belhaven Men's Soccer team welcomed back alumni on Saturday for an Alumni Game that connected the extensive history of the Blazers' program, to those currently making their mark.

With a strong turnout at the game that also included a cookout for family and friends of the program, the work done by Head Coach James 'Gleddy' Gledhill, Assistant Coach Jason Ward and Belhaven Director of Alumni Relations Frank Laws provided an atmosphere to help celebrate the individuals who helped build the Belhaven Men's Soccer program and the game they love.

"It was great on Saturday to see the Belhaven Bowl lit up with the spirit of camaraderie as past, present, and future friends of the Men's Soccer program were united for the 2024 Alumni game", said Coach Gleddy. "Alumni relations is such an important part of our program, providing our current players with the invaluable experience of connecting with former players on and off the pitch. A special thanks to Frank Laws, our dedicated Director of Alumni Relations, and a special nod to Jim Baird, an original player who shared inspiring words with everyone after the game."

The Belhaven Men's Soccer team is set to face Hinds Community College in an exhibition later this month as they continue their offseason training ahead of the 2024 season this fall.
