JACKSON, Miss. - The Belhaven University Softball team moved up one spot to number 12 in the most recent NFCA Division III Top 25 Coaches Poll announced on Wednesday, May 19.

The newest ranking comes for the Blazers after a nine day wait to find out that they received an at-large bid into the NCAA Division III Softball Championship. The Blazers will be competing in the Decatur Regional and their first game will be against the host institution, Millikan University, on Thursday, May 20, scheduled to start at 2 p.m. Other teams in the Decatur Regional include the newly ranked number one DePauw University, Geneva College, Calvin University, and Mount St. Joseph University.
