LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Junior infielder Maryanna Guy (Brandon, Miss.) was named to the 2026 NFCA Division III Player of the Year Watchlist on Thursday afternoon.

The list is separated into the 10 NCAA regions and is compiled by the elected members of the NFCA Division III All-America Committee with one head coach representing each of the 10 NCAA regions.

Guy, a transfer from NCAA Division I Longwood, is hitting a team-best .443 with 39 hits in 88 at-bats. She leads the Collegiate Conference of the South with 11 doubles and one of two players in the conference with 17 extra-base hits this season. She also leads the Blazers in slugging percentage and total bases and has a hit in 25-of-29 games this season.

Guy and the Blazers are host to Huntingdon tomorrow in a rematch of the 2025 CCS Tournament Championship. First pitch is set for 11:00 AM.
