BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Belhaven University women's tennis team faltered to the Covenant College Scots by a final score of 8-1 in non-conference action.

The Blazers did not pick up a win in singles action, but Julia Keffer and Chantel Quarles had the lone win at No.3 doubles. With the loss, the Green and Gold drops to 0-1 on the season.

The Blazers will return to the court at 5:00 p.m. against Birmingham Southern College in match two of the doubleheader.
