Box Score JACKSON, Miss. - The Belhaven Women's Soccer team picked up a shutout win over Concordia University (TX) on Saturday to close out their home schedule.
The final home match marked Senior Day for the Blazers and 
Peyton Papenburg would give Belhaven their lone goal and game-winner in the 36th minute. The goal would come off pressure on Concordia by 
Sybil Roberson which led to a turnover. The lose ball slipped to Papenburg in behind the Tornados' defense and she finished deftly driving the ball over the goalkeeper. 
In the match, Concordia outshot the Blazers 13-11 but shots were even at six apiece. Blazers goalie 
Georgia Jordan recorded six saves on the day as she continues to climb the Blazers all-time saves list. 
Belhaven moves to 8-7-1 on the year and 3-5 in the ASC. The Blazers will return to conference play next Thursday, October 24th, when they go to Richardson, Texas to take on the University of Texas-Dallas.
