MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Belhaven University women's tennis team drops a non-conference match with Christian Brothers University by a score of 8-1.
 
In singles action, No. 6 singles Macey Lea was the lone Blazers to register a win, as she defeated Brittany Weathersby by a score of 6-3, 7-5. No.1 Jundayia Lubin fell 6-1, 6-0, while Ruthchelyn Elizar and Cassidy Ainsworth fell in straight sets in the No.2 and No.3 spots respectively. In the No.4 and No.5 positions, Jabreann Thigpen and Alexandria Furdge faltered by a score of 6-1, 6-0 and 6-3, 6-0.
 
In doubles action, the Blazers failed to pick up a win.
