PINEVILLE, La. – The Belhaven Women's Tennis team picked up a pair of 5-0 wins in a doubleheader over Louisiana College.
 
The Blazers didn't drop a point in any of the finished matches. Belhaven swept through both doubles matches with a trio of 8-0 wins.
 
In singles play, Ellen Scott and Madeline Wurster finished first and second with wins of 6-0, 6-0 to secure the five points needed to clinch the victory.
 
In the second match, AnneMarie Kimball and Mary Lichlyter were the first and second Blazers to finish, also securing 6-0, 6-0 victories.
 
The Blazers will return to action on Friday with a match at Centenary College against the Ladies. First serve is set for 2 p.m.
