JACKSON, Miss. - The Belhaven women's soccer team will host Howard Payne for senior day on Saturday, Oct. 29. Kickoff inside Belhaven Bowl Stadium is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. 

The Blazers will honor its four seniors - Samantha Incaprera, Ellen Socash, Emily Chastain and Rachel Geissler - in a ceremony beginning 15 minutes prior to the start of the game. 

Belhaven (5-11) will look to end its season on a good note on Saturday. The Blazers are coming off of a 3-0 loss to Texas Dallas on Thursday after cruising to a 7-0 win over Louisiana College last Saturday. 

The Green and Gold has played well at home since moving into the new Belhaven Bowl Stadium on Oct. 6. The Blazers are 2-3 at home in that period, with the margin of defeat being just one goal in two of the three losses, including a 2-1 overtime defeat to a very good Rhodes College squad. 

Howard Payne (5-10-1) will also be playing its final game of the 2016 regular season. The Yellow Jackets have won two of its past three games and most recently defeated Louisiana College 3-1 on Thursday. 

Belhaven beat Howard Payne 3-1 in the matchup between the two teams last season. The Blazers scored twice in the final five minutes of play to break a 1-1 tie and come away with the win.
