Tyler, TX-The Belhaven women's soccer team picked up a hard fought road victory against Texas College 2-1 Thursday afternoon. The Lady Blazers jumped out to a 1-0 lead on a goal by Nicole Trawick in the 28^th minute. Texas College answered back 7 minutes later with a goal of their own. Belhaven responded quickly with a goal from Laura Meek in minute 40 to take the lead for good. Evelyn Torres and Samantha Breland provided the assists for the Lady Blazer goals. With the win, Belhaven owns a 4-0 record to begin the season.
