Mobile, AL-The sixth ranked Belhaven men's soccer team bounced back against Spring Hill College Saturday topping the Badgers 2-1 in overtime. The Blazers are now 14-1-1 on the season and 2-1 in the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference. Spring Hill falls to 4-8-3 overall and are now 0-2 in GCAC matches.

 

Neither team could crack the scoreboard in the first half, as the Blazers and Badgers battled to a scoreless tie heading into half-time. Belhaven would get on the board first when Kameron Young found the back of the net in the 61^st minute for his second goal of the year. With about ten minutes to go in the game, Sean Simpson of Spring Hill tied the score at 1-1 and that's the way it would stay at the end of regulation. Juan Rodriguez secured the win for Belhaven 48 seconds into overtime as he connected on his team leading 15^th goal of the year.
