Hattiesburg, MS-Belhaven volleyball player Taylor Williams has been selected as the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Hitter of the Week for her efforts against Spring Hill College and NCAA Division I Alcorn State University this past week.

                                                 

Williams, a native of Duncanville, TX, recorded a total of 18 kills, 28 digs, four serving aces, and two solo blocks to help lead Belhaven to a pair of match victories. Williams averaged 2.57 kills per set and four digs per set against Spring Hill and Alcorn State. On the season, Williams has 149 kills and is second on the team in total digs with 282.
