JACKSON, Miss. – The Belhaven men's basketball team fell to the LeTourneau Yellow Jackets on Saturday afternoon on Senior Day by a final score of 101-78.

HOW IT HAPPENED
First Half – Belhaven and LeTourneau battled back and forth throughout the first half of play, staying within one another by less than a possession until midway through the half when LeTourneau began to distance themselves from the Green and Gold. Heading into the break, Belhaven trailed by a score of 53-42.
Second Half – LeTourneau continued its momentum into the second half, eventually stretching its lead to twenty points with seven minutes remaining in the game. Belhaven continued to show fight, putting in the seniors in the final minutes on their Senior Day, but ultimately fell by a final score of 101-78.

BELHAVEN'S STATS
- Tommy McCoy led Belhaven on his final game inside of Rugg Arena, finishing 6-of-11 from the field with a team high 14 points, 7 rebounds, as well as 3 assists, and 2 blocked shots.
- Jonathan Durham and Laramie Long each had 12 points each while Durham was 2-of-4 from three point range and Long had 7 rebounds.
- Justin Jones and Rick Hodum had 10 and 9 points, respectively.
- Brosnan Cooks had 5 rebounds and 4 assists.
