ABILENE, Texas - The Blazers fell to Hardin-Simmons 3-0 in their first match of the ASC Crossover on Friday.

Belhaven was led in match by Callista Moore with six kills as she continues to lead the team during the 2019 season. Freshman Vivien Marquez had four kills on the day and led the team in aces and blocks with three each.

Grace Laukhuf racked up eight assists on the day. Megan Nobles along with Kristin Fogan had eight digs each to lead the team. 

The Blazers will return to action in the ASC Crossover Friday evening when they take on Sul Ross State at 5 PM. On Saturday, Belhaven will face McMurry University at 12 PM to round out their time in Abilene.
