CONWAY, Ark.  - The Belhaven University men's soccer team slipped up to Hendrix College Tuesday night, falling by a final score of 4-2.

Hendrix jumped out a quick 1-0 lead within the first six minutes of the contest and later added a goal in the 47th minute of play to extend its lead to 2-0.  

One minute later, Alex Hale and the Blazers closed the gap to 2-1, finding the back of the net for the third time this season off an assist from Andres Garcis.

Hendrix erased the Blazers goal in the 60th minute of play with a goal to give them the 3-1 advantage.

Down 3-1, Tyler White added his first goal of the season to help cut the lead back down to a one goal difference, 3-2. The goal came in the 75th minute of action with Lalesh Hadji earning the assist. 

Unfortunately, Hendrix College added one more goal of its own in the final five minutes of the contest to help seal the game and escape with a 4-2 victory.
