MADISON, Miss. - The Belhaven University men's team won team season opening match of the 2018 season by a score of 8-1 Saturday against Blue Mountain at Cypress Lake Tennis Club in Madison.

The Blazers got off to a great start as they dominated in doubles play to win all three matches handedly.

In singles action, Mauricio Gonzalez pulled out a three-set thriller at the No. 1 singles position to set the tone for the Green and Gold as they won five out of the six matches.
