HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Blazers defense held their opponent to a season-low 41 points in the contest

Brittany Ford scored the first basket for the Blazers when she drained a shot from behind the arc.
- After a layup from
Lauren Brooks, the Green and Gold tied the game up at 5 apiece.
- LeTourneau would then go on a 7-0 run, to bring the score to 12-5.
- The Blazers closed the first quarter going on a 5-0 run to give the Yellowjackets a 12-10 advantage.
- After opening the second quarter with back and forth shooting the game was knotted up at 16 with 5:46 remaining in the first half.
- A made free throw from
Alexis Caldwell put the Blazers in the lead for the first time since the 8:11 mark in the first quarter.

Brittany Ford made two clutch free throws to give Belhaven a 19-16 advantage at the 4:28 mark.
- On the following play, Ashley Reed for LETU made a three-pointer to tie the ballgame up at 19.
- The Blazers would close the half going on a 5-0 run taking a 24-19 advantage at intermission.
- The Blazers held the yellow jackets to only nine points in the third quarter, to bring the score to 41-28 with Belhaven having the 12-point lead.
- With 6:27 remaining in the game, the Blazers found themselves ahead of the yellowjackets by the score of 44-34.
- Over the next five minutes, the Green and Gold went on an 11-0 run to grab a 55-35 advantage with 58 seconds remaining the ball game.
- The Blazers held on for the 57-41 victory over the yellowjackets of LeTourneau.

AaLiyaha Thornton led the Blazers with 14 points, seven assists, five rebounds, and one steal. She also shot 40 percent from the field.

India Sims each poured in seven points apiece. Calhoun had four rebounds while Sims had two.

Kelsey Brown finished the evening with six points and three rebounds. Brown went 2-3 (66.6 percent) from behind the arc.
