HOW IT HAPPENED
-Â The first six minutes of the game were back and forth between the Blazers and the Ozarks.Â
- Down 12-11 with 14:11 to go in the first half, an Isiah Brown layup would give the Blazers a 13-12 lead, marking the beginning of a momentum shift for the Blazers on the night.
- Belhaven held and continued to expand their lead to as many as nine points with 11:23 remaining in the half. The Ozarks would attempt to trim the lead but would go into the half down 43-37.
- Tommy McCoy and Isiah Brown were a major factor to the Blazers lead in the first half, scoring seven points each, respectively.Â
- The Blazers continued to dominate in the second half. An Isiah Brown three would give the Blazers their first double-digit lead on the night by a score of 59-48.
- With 10:39 in the game, a Victor Price fast-break layup gave Belhaven a nineteen point lead, their largest lead of the night.Â
- The Ozarks continued to fight back as they would pull back within five points with just 53 seconds remaining in the game. However, the Blazers would not be denied as they would go on to win by a final score of 102-96.

The Blazers (3-10) will travel to Tyler, Texas on Saturday to take on UT Tyler (9-4) in an American Southwest Conference matchup. The two teams will square off Saturday afternoon with tip-off set for 4:00 p.m.
