- With 15:50 left to play in the first half, the Blazers held a tight lead at 12-11. They would extend their lead to 15-11 off of a Jonathan Durham three-pointer to give the Blazers the biggest lead by either team up until that point.
- Belhaven gained all the momentum and would continue to stretch their lead to 25-14 with 10:59 to go in the first half.
- For the next 10 minutes, Belhaven remained in control as they led 44-35 with five seconds left in the half. A last second foul sent the Majors to the free throw line to sink two free throws, trimming the Blazer lead down to seven at the half.
- The Blazers continued to dominate the game as they would regain their 11 point lead with a score of 50-39, just three minutes into the start of the second half.
