HOW IT HAPPENED
- It was a slow start for both teams offensively, but the Blazers' held on to a 14-13 advantage after Gian Van Heeringen drilled a three point shot with 10:28 left in the first half.
- However, the game would take a major turn as the Blazers would never see the lead in their favor again for the remainder of the contest.
- Millsaps would then proceed to go on a 10-0 run over the next three minutes of action to take a 24-14 lead.
- The Majors could not miss from three point territory and extended their lead out to 37-22 late in the opening half.
- Millsaps ended the half on a 13-5 run to lead Belhaven 50-30 at the break.
- Belhaven's offensive woes continued throughout the early moments of the second half as shots from long range were unable to fall down.
- Millsaps opened up the second half on a 22-6 run and lead 72-36, which was the Majors' largest lead of the game.
- In the second half, Belhaven was outscored 48-38.
- The Green and Gold caught a glimpse of offensive rhythm as they would scored 26 points over a eight minute span later on in the half, but the Majors continued to hold on to a steady advantage.

KEY STATISTICS
- Isiah Brown scored a team-high 14 points on 6-11 shooting from the field.
- Tommy McCoy chipped in with nine points and also led the Blazers in the rebounding column with six.
- Joshua Roberts and Justin Jones both collected eight points apiece. Roberts also posted four rebounds and dished out two assists.
- Kyle Patterson Sr. notched five points and five rebounds in the loss.
- Belhaven shot 31 percent from the floor on 22-70 shooting attempts.
- The Blazers were averaging over 10 made three point field goals a game coming into tonight, but shot a season low 4-33 from behind the arc.
- Millsaps shot 55 percent from the field and drilled 11 three point shots.
- On a positive note, the Blazers' defense forced Millsaps into committing 23 turnovers.
