Final: Â The Yellowjackets defeated the Blazers 3-1 with a 25-17, 27-25, 18-25, 25-20 match victory.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- LeTourneau and Belhaven were tied at 12-12 midway through the opening set, before the Yellowjackets began to pull away.
- After winning five consecutive points, LeTourneau extended their lead and eventually put the Blazers away in the first set.
- The second set was back and forth and could have gone either way. Belhaven held on to a 22-20 and eventually had a set point with a 25-24 advantage, but the Yellowjackets came swarming back to win the final three points and the set.
- The Blazers would not be denied in the third set with an impressive effort. The Green and Gold managed to build a 9-4 lead following a LeTourneau timeout.
- Belhaven controlled the remainder of the set and forced a fourth set on the ensuing kill at the net from Ryan Hardin on set point.
- LeTourneau returned the favor in the fourth set and had the Blazers reeling. Already trailing 7-4, the Yellowjackets held a commanding 13-4 lead by winning the next six points.
- The Blazers rallied late and closed the gap down to 19-15, but would were unable to cut any further into the deficit for the remainder of the set.

KEY STATISTICS
- Lauren Whiting notched a team-high 14 kills along with 11 digs.
- Blaykleigh Smythe connected on nine kills with three block assists.
- Jackie Fredericks added seven kills with seven digs while Ryan Hardin posted six kills and six digs respectively.
- Allie Perkins recorded 18 digs in the loss.
- Kelly Aholt led the Blazers' offense with 33 assists and also registered 10 digs.
- As a team, Belhaven finished with 41 kills and a hitting percentage of .134.

Belhaven faces MUW at 7:00 p.m. on Friday evening at home at Rugg Arena. The match is tabbed as Senior Night. Belhaven swept MUW 3-0 in their first match earlier in the season at Rugg Arena.
