PINEVILLE, La. – The Belhaven Men's Tennis team picked up a pair of 6-0 wins in a doubleheader over Louisiana College Saturday afternoon.
 
The Blazers cruised to wins in the doubles matches before securing early victories in doubles play. Belhaven swept through both doubles matches with a pair of 8-0 wins and an 8-2 win.
 
In singles play, Rafael Siqueira, Gabriel Da Costa and Tracy Hilaire finished their matches first to secure the five points needed to clinch the victory with the sixth point coming before the end of the match. Da Costa won 6-0, 6-0, with Siqueira and Hilaire each winning 6-1, 6-0.
 
In the second of the doubleheader matches, Omar Lopez, Rene Ramos and Ivan Alberto Kirkoc were the first Blazers to finish with wins. Ramos and Kirkoc each had 6-0, 6-0 victories, while Lopez won 6-1, 6-0.
 
The Blazers will return to action on Friday with a match at Centenary College against the Gents. First serve is set for 2 p.m.
