JACKSON, Miss. – The Belhaven Softball team extended its win streak to 15 games on Tuesday with a doubleheader sweep of Rust College 10-0 and 15-0.

In the second inning, Hannah Holloway and Barber each had RBI doubles to extend the Blazers lead to 6-0.

Belhaven's big inning came in the third, when Crystal Kehtel hit a three-run homerun. Wilson started the scoring with a double down the right field line to score Meg Garton.

After Kehtel's homer, Brooke Laigast added two more runs in the inning with a double to left center, putting the Blazers up 12-0.

In the fourth inning, Kayley-Morganne Shields would hit an RBI groundout to score Savannah Lyon and Haley Yasses followed it up a few batters later with a two-run homerun to left center to cap the scoring on the day.
