Jackson, MS-The Belhaven men's and women's tennis teams closed the 2011 regular season by sweeping Loyola University in a Southern States Athletic Conference West Division match Saturday afternoon. The Blazer men defeated the Wolfpack 9-0 while the women claimed an 8-1 win.

The Belhaven men finished the regular season at 13-2 and are second in the SSAC West at 3-1. The women compiled a regular season record of 14-2 and also finished in the second place in the SSAC West at 3-1. William Carey won the west on both the men's and women's sides at 4-0. Belhaven will return to the courts again on April 29th at the SSAC Tournament in Montgomery, AL.
