Jackson, MS-The Belhaven volleyball team had tough night against cross town Jackson State losing to the Lady Tigers in three games 14-25, 21-25, and 17-25. The loss drops the Lady Blazers overall record to 9-21 on the season. Belhaven saw its modest two game winning streak come to an end after defeating Mississippi College and Dillard University last week.

 

Kelsey Stack once again led the offensive charge with 17 assists and one ace on the night. Christina Atwood had eight kills to go along with two solo blocks and two blocks assists. Jessica Davis contributed eight digs to help the Lady Blazer defense.
