Kansas City, MO-Belhaven University has been selected as one of nine host sites for the 2010 NAIA Baseball National Championship Opening Round which will be played May 18th through the 21st at Smith-Wills Stadium. Each site will feature a five-team double elimination tournament. The pairings of the National Championship Opening Round tournaments will be announced by 5 p.m. CDT on Friday.

The Blazers, ranked 14th in the Final NAIA Top 25 Poll, are 40-15 overall and received an At-Large bid to this year's tournament after having won the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Regular Season Championship. Belhaven will find out the seeding and which teams will be coming to Jackson on Friday afternoon.
