Baseball's Steak and Burgers Series Begins Wednesday

Jackson, MS-Belhaven Baseball's annual steak and burgers series will begin Wednesday afternoon at Smith Wills Stadium. The series is a best of 7 series that ends fall practice each year and the winner will be awarded a steak dinner while the losers will eat burgers after serving the winning team dinner.
"This event has become a great ending to fall practice for the Blazer Baseball team," says Head Coach Hill Denson. "Our steak and burgers series is always a great way to end the fall. We have some good competition at a lot of positions this year. It will be fun to see who wins."
Each game will be 7 innings with the first pitch each day at 3:00 pm. All games will be played at Smith-Wills Stadium. Admission is free for all games.
