Jackson, MS-The Belhaven College Department of Athletics welcomed five new members into the Hall of Fame November 6th as part of the 2009 Homecoming Activities.

Inductees Pat Fitzgerald (Men's Soccer), Orley Hood (Sports Information), Danny Lewis (Men's Basketball), Wanda McDonald (Women's Basketball), and LeAnne Smith (Women's Soccer) were all honored with a reception and Hall of Fame Banquet in the H.C. Bailey Dining Commons on the Belhaven College campus. These individuals excelled in their respective sport areas while at Belhaven and that success has continued in their post-graduate endeavors.

Belhaven College is a member of the NAIA, Gulf Coast Athletic Conference, and Mid-South Conference and sponsors 13 intercollegiate sports.
