Jackson, MS-Belhaven Head Tennis Coach Levi Patton was selected to be one of two coaches representing Team Mississippi at The Southern Junior Cup. This is the second year in a row that Coach Patton was awarded this honor. 

The Southern Junior Cup, formerly the Junior Davis/Fed Cup, was created to give juniors the opportunity to experience the thrill and camaraderie of tennis as a team sport. Hosted at the Champions Club in Chattanooga, TN, and supported by title sponsor Bullfrog Waterproof Sunblock, top players from each state in the Southern Section are invited to participate in this highly acclaimed event. 

The Southern Junior Cup for the BG (14-18) division was held September 25-27.
