Jennifer Myhre enters her first full year with Belhaven Athletics after being named the Associate Director of Athletics for Compliance and Administration by Director of Athletics Scott Little in February of 2024.

A former NCAA Division III national champion soccer player at Messiah University, Myhre played a vital role in the program's success, contributing to a national title in 2005 and multiple conference championships. Her passion for leadership and excellence carried over into her coaching career, where she spent over a decade as the head women's soccer coach at Anderson University, earning HCAC Coach of the Year honors and leading the program to multiple postseason appearances.

Beyond the field, Myhre has built an impressive administrative career, serving as the Assistant Athletic Director and Senior Woman Administrator at Anderson. She has been instrumental in overseeing compliance efforts, managing NCAA waivers and educational initiatives, and guiding student-athletes through the complexities of collegiate athletics. Additionally, she has played a key role in student-athlete development, serving as the advisor for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), facilitating community outreach programs, and spearheading leadership training opportunities.

As Anderson's Senior Woman Administrator, Myhre provided strategic leadership in athletic department decision-making, championed professional development for student-athletes and staff, and contributed to conference-wide governance through her work with the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference's Championship and Strategic Planning Committees.

Prior to her time at Anderson, Myhre served as an Assistant Women's Soccer Coach and Interim Head Soccer Coach at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh as well as working as their Game Day Event Manager and SAAC Advisor. From 2008-09 she was the Special Assistant to the Athletic Directory and Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at Luther College in Iowa.

Myhre holds a Master of Education in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership from the University of Washington and dual undergraduate degrees in Sport & Exercise Science and Accounting from Messiah University. She has also been actively involved in national leadership initiatives, including serving on NCAA committees, leading professional development programs, and mentoring student-athletes on and off the field.

In addition to her responsibilities with compliance and administration, she will serve as advisor to the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).
