Cody Anderson enters his 1st full year as the Director of Strength and Conditioning for Belhaven Athletics after being named to the position in March of 2024.
Anderson, a Belhaven alumnus, returns to the Blazers after competing as a golf student-athlete and later serving as a Graduate Assistant in the department in previous years.
Prior to his return to Jackson, Anderson served as a Sports Performance Intern for the University of Minnesota's Division I Hockey programs. While at Minnesota, Anderson worked under legendary coach Cal Dietz and helped oversee a large student intern staff.
After his time as a student-athlete at Belhaven, Anderson worked as a graduate assistant in the Blazers' Strength and Conditioning under former Director Aaron Wood where he played a part in the development of student-athletes for 17 intercollegiate programs.
Anderson graduated from Belhaven in the Spring of 2021 after spending four seasons as a member of the Belhaven Golf program. He graduated from Belhaven with a degree in Sports Medicine and Exercise Science.
Anderson is originally from Richmond, Texas.
