Olivia Killelea

Olivia Killelea enters her second season at the helm of the Belhaven Volleyball program after being named Head Coach by Vice President and Director of Athletics Scott Little prior to the 2024 season.

In her first season with the Blazers, Killelea helped lead Belhaven to 12 victories on the year with 10 of those wins coming in Collegiate Conference of the South action. Both win marks represented the highest totals for the program since 2017. Killelea also saw a trio of Blazers named to All-CCS teams with Megan LaCour earning All-CCS First Team honors, Rylee White earning a spot on the All-CCS Second Team and Emma Gardner representing Belhaven on the All-CCS Sportsmanship Team.

Killelea joins Belhaven from Lynchburg University (D3) where she served as the Acting Head Women's Indoor and Beach Volleyball Coach for the 2023-24 campaign having joined the Hornets' staff in March of 2023.

Prior to Lynchburg, Killelea spent eight seasons as a part of the Covenant College volleyball program as both a player and coach. Killelea served as the assistant coach at Covenant from 2020-22, helping the Scots win the Collegiate Conference of the South and reach an NCAA Regional in 2022.

Killelea played for Covenant from 2015-17 before joining the Scots' staff as a student assistant in 2018 and a volunteer assistant in 2019. In 2015, Killelea was a part of the Covenant team that made their first NCAA tournament appearance and was on the 2017 team that won the program's first NCAA tournament match.

A native of Missouri, Killelea graduated from Covenant in 2019 with a degree in Mathematics and earned her Master's of Education from Covenant in 2020.
